Kannapolis Elegant Townhouse (Right Side - duplex)

20/10 Positive: Mr. Donovan is by far the best host I have encountered this far and I travel a lot. There was a snag in the beginning but he went above and beyond to correct the issue and accommodate myself and my group of cheerleaders. The home was beautifully taken care of and very clean. He had family games on site. The beds were comfortable and he provided clear instructions around the home which is great when travel with children/preteens. There were even snacks set out and cold water in the fridge which my girls appreciated after our long competition day. My favorite part was the master bedroom layout and presentation. I am a woman of faith and seeing the set up when coming into the bedroom brightened my day. I highly recommend!

We have stayed at this rental 2 times and highly recommend it! The home is very conveniently located and has everything you need in a rental. The WiFi and television streaming services are great and having tv in each bedroom is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and gives you a safe feeling. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with as well!

Enjoyed our stay. Host was great and the townhouse was just what we needed. Negative: Nightstand in 2nd bedroom top is bubbled.

Amazing stay at Kannapolis Elegant Townhouse Positive: We had a wonderful time at this homestay! The host made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, and we loved the comfortable bed. The room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. The location is in a peaceful area. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a personal, welcoming experience. I would definitely stay here again! Negative: The only thing I’d suggest is adding more places to hang clothes. Even though they provide washing machines, dryer and ironing facilities, it doesn't have many places to hang ironed clothes.

This was a very nice place to come relax. My friends, family, and I came to visit a local event. This place was perfect. Very quiet and close to stores and restaurants. If coming down next year, will be looking at same place for what we need.
